
Prepare these refreshing drinks in the spring and summer, when cherries are at their peak of season–and you’re extra thirsty.

Ingredients
- Ice cubes as needed
- 3 cups cherry juice, preferably fresh
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 4 fresh cherries with stems intact for garnish
Preparation
- 1 Put several ice cubes in each of 4 highball glasses. Pour 3/4 cup of the cherry juice over the ice in each glass, then top each with about 1/4 cup of the sparkling water.
- 2 Garnish each glass with a cherry and serve immediately.
