This luscious cocktail of layered cheesecake, raspberry filling and BLUE BUNNY® Premium Chunky Chocolate Chip Ice Cream in a parfait glass is perfect!

- 1 3/4 cup BLUE BUNNY® Premium Chunky Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, softened
- 1 box no bake real cheesecake dessert mix
- 1 1/4 cup canned raspberry pie filling
- 6 (6 ounce) parfait glasses
- 1 In a medium bowl, combine ice cream and cheesecake filling powder (from the mix); stir until well mixed.
- 2 Spoon 3 tablespoons mixture into each of 6 parfait glasses. Top each with 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs (from cheesecake dessert mix), then 1 rounded tablespoon raspberry pie filling.
- 3 Repeat layers ending with raspberries. Chill at least 1 hour.
