
Truly guilt free French fries! So crispy and delicious, once you try these you’ll never buy readymade fries again! Now you’ll be able to have fries as often as you like! Try using a sprayer for your olive oil; it doesn’t have to be a fancy one from the kitchen store. A simple inexpensive plastic spray bottle from the discount store will work just as well!

Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, Yukon Gold or your favorite type of potato
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- 1 Preheat oven to 450°F.
- 2 Wash, peel and cut potatoes into even slices then slice again to make fries. Dry well.
- 3 Place on baking sheet in single layer.
- 4 Spray lightly with olive oil.
- 5 Sprinkle with salt.
- 6 Bake for 15 minutes.
- 7 Turn potatoes and bake another 10 minutes.
- 8 Turn fries again and turn off oven, let fries rest in hot oven for 5 minutes…that’s what makes them crispy.
