- 1 1/2cups of your favorite coffee - cooled
- 1/2 cup DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ Dark Sipping Chocolate powder
- 2 Raspberry Cocoa Butter Flavor Discs
- 1/2 cup half & half
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream
- Shaved DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ Dark Chocolate
- Sweeten to taste
- 1 In blender, blend coffee and Dark Sipping Chocolate.
- 2 Place Raspberry Discs in small microwave-safe bowl with 1/2 teaspoon water; cook on HIGH 20-30 seconds or until melted and smooth.
- 3 Add melted raspberry flavor disc and half & half to coffee; blend on high speed.
- 4 Pour into 2 ice filled glasses; garnish with dollop of whipped cream and shaved Dark chocolate.
