Tips
BAKING DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 475°F. Line baking pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Place fish in pan; top as directed. Bake 5 to 7 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
Ingredients
- 2 white fish fillets, (4 ounce each) such as talapia, scrod or halibut
- 2 tablespoon KRAFT Light Mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoon KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister
- 1/2 pound green beans, trimmed (2 cups)
- 1 small lemon, cut into 4 wedges
- 2 whole grain rolls
Preparation
- 1 PREHEAT broiler. Place fish on rack of broiler pan. Spread fish evenly with mayo; top with Parmesan cheese.
- 2 BROIL 5 to 6 inches from heat source, 6 to 8 min. or until fish is golden brown and flakes easily with fork, depending on thickness of fish. (If your broiler does not allow you to position fish 5 to 6 inches from heat source, follow Baking Directions below.)
- 3 MEANWHILE, prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Cook green beans. Serve fish with stuffing, green beans, lemon wedges and whole grain roll.
