
French’s Crunchy Onion Chicken Recipe. Simply replace breadcrumbs with crushed French’s Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups French's Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 egg, beaten
Preparation
- 1 CRUSH French Fried Onions in plastic bag.
- 2 DIP chicken into egg. Coat in onion crumbs.
- 3 BAKE at 400°F for 20 min. until no longer pink in center.
