
A great new way to add some vegetables to your table!

Ingredients
- 3 cups Pioneer Original or Buttermilk Biscuit & Baking Mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (8 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 jar (2 ounces) sliced pimento, drained
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 2 teasponns granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Oil a baking sheet.
- 2 Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl; blend thoroughly. Turn dough out onto a surface lightly sprinkled with additional baking mix and form into a ball.
- 3 Roll or pat dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits with a floured 3-inch biscuit cutter. Place 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet.
- 4 Bake 19 to 23 minutes or until golden brown. Brush tops with melted butter. Serve warm or at room temperature.
