This cocktail is made with Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur, a cream made from the milk of grass-fed cows. Mixed with rum and chai tea, this cocktail is indulgent, creamy and delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 oz. Kerrygold Irish cream Liqueur
- 1 oz. Zaya Rum
- 4-5 ounces boiling hot chai tea
Preparation
- 1 Add 1 oz. of Kerrygold to 6 oz. of fresh heavy cream. Shake (or stir) until its becomes thick and turns into whipped cream.
- 2 Top it onto the drink and finish with a dash of allspice and nutmeg.
