Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces The Botanist Gin
  • .25 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • .75 ounces elderflower liquor
  • 6 ounces tonic water
  • Grapefruit, for garnish

Preparation

  • 1 Pour The Botanist Gin, Fresh Grapefruit Juice, Elderflower Liquor into Highball Glass.
  • 2 Add ice.
  • 3 Top with tonic water.
  • 4 Garnish with grapefruit peel.
