Homemade Irish Cream Liqueur

Perfect in coffee, on the rocks, or a decadent cheese cake.

Makes approximately 4 cups.


  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso granules
  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pure almond extract
  • 1 ½ to 1 2/3 cups Irish Whiskey (depending on taste)


  • 1 Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for about 30 seconds. If needed stop to scrap the sides.
