Have leftover pork that you don’t know what to do with? Tacos are a great option!
Simply lay an even layer of pork on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and broil for a few minutes until perfectly golden. It’s so easy and delicious, it’s a stress-free weeknight meal.
