Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Lite, cut into 4 slices
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- 1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 4 (1-ounce) slices light American cheese
Preparation
- 1 Heat SPAM® Lite in large skillet until lightly browned.
- 2 Spread reduced calorie mayonnaise on cut sides of buns.
- 3 Place SPAM® Lite, cheese, lettuce and tomato on bottom halves of buns. Cover with top halves of buns.
