Some recipes for Brandy Alexander call for ice cream, and many call for at least a dusting of grated nutmeg over the top. We remained true to the recipe in the cookbook by not including those ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce crème de cacao
- 1 ounce brandy
- 1 ounce cream
Preparation
- 1 Combine ingredients with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
- 2 Strain into a 4-ounce cocktail glass.
- 3 Yield: 1 drink
