Matt says, “Forget appletini, this ‘mangotini’ is going to be all the rage. It’s made with homemade mango cider and is the perfect drink to brighten up these cold, winter days.”

Ingredients
- 6 ounces mango cider (recipe below)
- 1-1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 ounce Grand Marnier
Homemade Mango Cider
- 7 mangos, seeded and cut into large cubes
- 5 apples, cored and quartered
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cinnamon sticks (if using ground cinnamon, use 2 tablespoons)
- 1 tablespoon fresh sliced ginger
- 1 tablespoon allspice
Preparation
Homemade Mango Cider
- 1 Place all ingredients in a slow cooker, set to low and let cook for 6 hours.
- 2 Drain cider through a cheesecloth-lined sieve.
- 3 Store in the refrigerator.
Mango Cidertini
- 1 Fill shaker with ice.
- 2 Add all ingredients and shake vigorously.
- 3 Strain into glasses. Serve each with a mango slice.
