What’s the old advertising line? “You got chocolate on my peanut butter! No, you got peanut butter on my chocolate!” Well, in this recipe, it all goes together smoothly (pun intended).
For a healthier version, use reduced fat peanut butter and just 1 1/2 tablespoons of the chocolate syrup.
Tip: Peel and store ripe bananas in a freezer bag and freeze until needed for a smoothie. No need to thaw.
- 1 peeled banana (recommend freezing first)
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 3/4 cup milk or soy milk
- Ice, for volume
- 1 Add all ingredients to a blender; add ice to your desired level. Blend until smooth.
