Ingredients
- 4 Baking potatoes
- 4 T. Olive Oil
- 4 T. Melted butter
- 4 T. Finely minced fresh Rosemary
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- 1 Slice off ends of potatoes and then side to make a potato cube.
- 2 Thinly slice the potatoes.
- 3 Fan each potato out and place on oiled baking sheet.
- 4 Top with fresh rosemary and melted butter
- 5 Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- 6 Bake in preheated 400 for 30 minutes
