This tasty Quinoa, Corn and Edamame Chicken Salad in a jar is packed full of nutritious ingredients!

- 3 tablespoons tahini dressing
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup edamame
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded butter lettuce
- 1 Pour the tahini dressing on the bottom of the jar. Then layer the quinoa, corn, edamame, carrots, and lettuce on top. Close the lid and refrigerate until ready to eat.
