Celebrations don’t have to be unhealthy and Memorial Day is no exception! These frozen pops are made with real fruit, greek yogurt and naturally sweetened with a touch of honey.

This recipe is courtesy of celebrity caterer Andrea Correale, the founder, and president of Elegant Affairs.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt

Preparation

  • 1 In a blender, mix together the blueberries and raspberries until a smooth mixture is formed.
  • 2 Transfer the berry mixture into a large bowl, then add the honey and yogurt. Gently mix everything together. If you want a swirly look, do not overmix the berries and yogurt. You want the mixture to be thick.
  • 3 Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds. Place molds in freezer for 2 hours. After two hours, take out the molds, insert a popsicle stick in each and then place back in the freezer for an additional 8-10 hours.
  • 4 When pops are fully frozen, gently run the molds under warm water, remove, and serve.
