1 head of cauliflower
2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cut the cauliflower into small and even pieces.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Salt and pepper generously.
Spread vegetables evenly around pan.
Cook for twenty minutes, or until the cauliflower reaches desired crispiness.
