- Fresh red pepper
- 1 Place on an open flame or in a broiler.
- 2 Char outside skin, carefully manipulating so that all parts are charred.
- 3 To remove skin, place in a paper bag or in a bowl covered with plastic wrap.
- 4 Let steam approx. 10 minutes or until cool enough to handle.
- 5 Peel off skin and remove core.
