Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3/4 cup cubed OSCAR MAYER Cooked Ham
  • 3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup green onion slices
  • 1/2 pound cleaned medium fresh shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cups rice, cooked
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Preparation

  • 1 HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add ham, mushrooms, peas and onions; cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • 2 ADD shrimp; cook and stir 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  • 3 STIR in rice, soy sauce and egg. Cook until egg is set, stirring occasionally.
