Spanish Ham Frittata

This Spanish Ham Frittata is a wonderful entree to serve for breakfast, brunch, or anytime you’re craving breakfast foods.

SERVE WITH: seasonal fresh fruit or toasted English muffins with butter and jam.

  • 2 cups diced HORMEL® CURE 81® Half Ham
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 cups frozen diced potatoes with bell peppers and onions, partially thawed
  • 10 eggs


  • 1 Place butter in 12-inch non-stick frying pan over medium heat. When butter is foamy, add ham and potatoes. Sauté, turning often, until browned.
  • 2 In separate bowl, whisk eggs together with salt and pepper, pour over ham and potatoes. Reduce heat to low. Cover and continue to cook until eggs are set.
