Ingredients

  • 2 cups (1 pint) low-fat Sugar Free Ice Cream, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup 1% Milk
  • 1/4 cup Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

Preparation

  • 1 In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, syrup and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Garnish with a mint sprig or cinnamon stick.
