- 2 cups (1 pint) low-fat Sugar Free Ice Cream, any flavor
- 1/2 cup 1% Milk
- 1/4 cup Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, syrup and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Garnish with a mint sprig or cinnamon stick.
