Ingredients
- 1 package (1 ounce) Sun-Bird® Mongolian Beef Seasoning Mix
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound beef (flank, tri-tip, or top sirloin steak), thinly sliced
- 1 bunch of green onions
- Cooked rice
Preparation
- 1 Blend together seasoning mix, soy sauce, and water; set aside.
- 2 In a large skillet or wok, heat oil. Add meat and cook over medium high heat until evenly browned.
- 3 Stir in seasoning mixture and continue cooking until meat is coated and sauce is thickened.
- 4 Top with green onions if desired.
- 5 Serve over cooked rice.
