Ingredients

  • 1 package (1 ounce) Sun-Bird® Mongolian Beef Seasoning Mix
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound beef (flank, tri-tip, or top sirloin steak), thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • Cooked rice

Preparation

  • 1 Blend together seasoning mix, soy sauce, and water; set aside.
  • 2 In a large skillet or wok, heat oil. Add meat and cook over medium high heat until evenly browned.
  • 3 Stir in seasoning mixture and continue cooking until meat is coated and sauce is thickened.
  • 4 Top with green onions if desired.
  • 5 Serve over cooked rice.
