Sweet & Salty Rosemary Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 4 cups walnuts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 tablespoon cracked black pepper

Preparation

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2 Place walnuts in a medium bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, pour over walnuts and mix well so all nuts are covered.
  • 3 Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet an place in oven.
  • 4 Bake approximately 20 minutes or until toasted.
  • 5 If needed season to taste with kosher salt. Will keep in an air tight container up to 10 days
