The grapes at the bottom of the glass provide a surprise element, and the bright green mint adds a splash of color to this refreshing drink. You can use other types of grape juice, such as Concord, for the white grape juice.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes as needed
  • 2 or 3 bunches red or green grapes, frozen
  • 3 cups white grape juice
  • 1 bottle sparkling water
  • Fresh mint springs for garnish

Preparation

  • 1 Select 4 tumblers or wineglasses. Put serveral ice cubes and 6 frozen grapes in each glass. Pour 3/4 cup of the grape juice over the ice, then top with about about 1/4 cup of the sparkling water. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig and serve immediately.
  • 2 Serves 4.
