Have one cup of Black Walnuts, salt, sugar, two stalks of celery, diced, and one can of prepared jellied cranberry sauce ready to go.

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and pulse until the ingredients are well-blended and finely diced. Just be careful not to over process!
