This delicious Chocolate Strawberry Wacky Cake with cream cheese frosting is made with a few non-traditional ingredients, such as mayonnaise and not eggs. Wacky Cake gets its name from substituting normal cake ingredients for something a little different!
It is also commonly referred to as a ‘Depression Cake’ because oil was initially used in place of eggs during the 1930’s when eggs were harder to come by. Game On!
