Two big time names have come together to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Converse sneakers. Pepsi has come up with cell phone charms, debuting on Pepsi cans in May. These charms are detailed replicas of some of Converse’s most popular sneakers over the years, including the Jack Purcell, the Chuck All-Star, and the Larry Bird. We understand there will be 12 different models, and that the charms are highly detailed on the upper as well as the sole.
We see more and more of great brands working together – when it’s so hard to make an impression in a crowded marketplace, I guess two can be better than one.
