Alternate Day Fasting Gains Popularity

Diet today. Eat tomorrow. That’s the premise of the new Alternate Day Fast – while you fast one day, you eat full meals the next day. While controversial, one side of the diet camp is saying that ADF is a manageable way to lose pounds; the other side says it’s not the long-term lifestyle change that is required to maintain a healthy weight.

Given the way diet trends usually go, however, odds are good that a significant number of people will try ADF. As in all good diets, you can start tomorrow.
