In medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons parsley, ½ teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Set aside.
Cut fresh mozzarella into 1/2-inch thick slices.
Ladle 1/3 of the meat sauce evenly over the bottom of the baking dish. Top evenly with 3 of the no-boil noodles.
Add another 1/3 of the meat sauce, the remaining 3 noodles, remaining ricotta cheese mixture, remaining sliced mozzarella cheese and the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted.
Cool slightly and cut into square portions to serve.
