Taco Bell has become the latest in a series of fast food companies to launch an interactive Web site designed to engage customers and capture the success of past promotional sites such as Burger King’s “Subservient Chicken.”
Direct Daniella is an interactive Web site that allows users to act as the photographer for Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Daniella Sarahyba. Visitors to http://www.directdaniella.com can “grab a camera” and choose from a variety of locations in the Cayman Islands, where they can virtually direct Daniella to play volleyball, play in the sand or “rock out on the bongos.”
Taco Bell’s interactive site also promotes the chain’s new Fiesta Platters.
