Place four pieces of folded parchment paper on top of your cake platter (to catch the icing drippings). Place the cake atop the paper. Insert a small glass of water into the cake’s center hole.
Drizzle icing on top of the cake so that it covers the top and drips artfully down the sides all around.
Carefully remove the paper from beneath the cake.
Place the bouquet of flowers into the glass of water in the center of the cake.
