It’s a sweet story: This jewelery is spectacular, and made out of sugar. Using a natural substance and growing it into a usable, wearable piece of art is what we call Green Echo, because it echoes a natural environment. So, your sweetie can’t afford diamonds. Who cares, with this fun version of a rock.

The creator, Greetje Van Helmond, calls it “unsustainable” since the product won’t last long. In reality, it fits the very definition of environmental sustainability.
