W Hotels Worldwide has announced that it has teamed with celebrity chef, author and Food Network star Dave Lieberman to launch a new summer menu featuring globally-inspired dishes.
The “Cravings by Dave Lieberman” menu will include:
- chicken dumpling soup
- pork and scallion potstickers with ponzu and sweet mustard sauce
- BBQ brisket eggrolls
- rosemary garlic skirt steak with baked egg and arugula salad
- chicken kebabs with Harissa ketchup and cucumber yogurt sauce
- a meatball hero with red pepper tomato sauce and provolone
- spring pasta with sausage, asparagus and grape tomatoes, and
- a Wagu sirloin burger with balsamic caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, Applewood bacon and special sauce.
To launch the new menu, W Hotels will host three exclusive W Happenings featuring Dave Lieberman at W San Diego, W Chicago-City Center and W New York-The Court. The menu will be available at select W Hotels in North America from June 2008 through April 2009, with new menu items added each season.
