I am helping my future daughter-in-law plan her wedding, which she is having at an historical home in Raleigh, NC. Most of the reception will be outside and they are planning heavy appetizers. Since she is from Georgia, we are thinking about having a signature peach drink (alcoholic) along with beer, wine and mixed drinks. What would suggest we serve? We thought about serving some foods to pass during the time the wedding party is taking pictures and then having the heavy appetizers buffet. How many different things should we have and how should we balance it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
