The James Beard Foundation this week announced the nominees for its coveted awards for top chefs, restaurants, cookbooks, and more—55 categories in all. It’s considered the nation’s most prestigious recognition program, honoring professionals in the food and beverage industries. The awards will be presented May 2-3 in New York City.
