Day 36:

Tonight was the night of a food classic. It’s always been vegetarian and has always been delicious. Whether you add bacon and tomatoes or just leave it with the cheese, a grilled cheese is probably one of my absolute favorite meals. I can’t believe I haven’t eaten one of these in the whole Lenten season.

Now, the best part about a grilled cheese is that you can be super-adventurous or you can just stick to the basics. Normally I add some bacon, but can’t do that. I also like tomato and avocado, but didn’t have any. So I just stuck with the cheese.

It was everything I wanted it to be; perfectly satisfying. I also tossed up a salad and added some fresh mozzarella. I love cheese. I don’t know how vegans do it. I love dairy products too much to not eat them. I see more grilled cheeses in my future. Yummm.

Breakfast: Oatmeal Caramel Macchiato
Lunch: Left over shrimp stir fry
Dinner: Salad with mozzarella Grilled Cheese
