The Food Channel visited with VP Michael Turley and dietitian Jill Parker of Advance Foods at the School Nutrition Association’s Annual National Conference in Dallas. The pair explained the company’s Phase One Sodium Initiative, which lowered the sodium content in its top five selling school foodservice products by an average of 25 percent.
