The Food Channel caught up with Janet Grubbs, manager of communications and nutrition for the National Dairy Council, at this summer’s School Nutrition Association conference in Dallas. Ms. Grubbs talked about the Fuel Up to Play 60 program, a joint initiative of the Dairy Council and the National Football League designed to help kids eat right and get active.
