The world of publishing is changing and The Food Channel has now launched Food Channel PROâ„¢, a new medium for these changing times, bringing food professionals together in an online community.

FoodChannelPRO.com offers a communications pipeline direct from manufacturer to foodservice operator to consumer, with a mixture of foodservice industry news, trend information, executive features, educational opportunities, recipe development tools, and more.

Food Channel PRO features leading partners in education, technology, menu analysis, test kitchens and research. The site will present innovative and creative use of video, including episodic video programming. Partners include Johnson & Wales University, CultureWaves, MenuMax, Mintel International, Penton Publishing, the International Foodservice Manufacturer’s Association, Manifest Digital, and Noble Publishing.

The site is kicking off with a Special Edition featuring “Leaders with Guts,” a series of in-depth video interviews with some of the industry’s top trailblazing food professionals.
