Meyer is the force behind such operations as New York’s Union Square Café, Gramercy Tavern, Eleven Madison Park, Tabla, Blue Smoke/Jazz Standard, and Shake Shack; the Café 2 and Terrace 5 restaurants at the Museum of Modern Art, and Hudson Yards, a fine dining, full-service catering and sports and entertainment business. He’s also operates El Verano Taqueria and Box Frites, located at CitiField, home of the New York Mets.
