‘Tis a prime season for giving, and the Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group is giving back with special holiday promotions to help everyone share the joy of superb steak, exceptional wines and impeccable service with friends, family and colleagues, as well as members of the United States Armed Forces.

Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, the Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group will host holiday appreciation dinners for select members of the armed services, their families and friends at each of its eight locations.

“To everyone who has made our steakhouse a home, we’re giving back this holiday season with these exclusive offers and an event for those whom it is our rare honor to serve,” said Michael Feighery, president of the Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group. “We give thanks for all of our guests, but in particular, the brave men and women who serve our country.”

A variety of holiday rewards are available for Smith & Wollensky guests, including incentives for gift card purchases and private event bookings. Patrons giving the gift of great taste this holiday season will receive a $25 bonus card for every $100 spent on Smith & Wollensky gift cards now through Dec. 31, 2010. The bonus card can be redeemed between Jan. 1 and Feb. 28, 2011, for in-restaurant purchases at participating Smith & Wollensky locations.

Hosting the perfect holiday party is made simple at Smith & Wollensky, with complimentary butler-passed hors d’oeuvres for events booked prior to Nov. 15, 2010, multicourse prix fixe private dining packages, and exclusive pricing on signature items, such as the famous Shellfish Bouquet. Private dining managers offer innovative ideas for custom menus, unique displays, optional upgrades and additional special touches to turn a holiday soiree into the social event of the season.
