SNA Show Preview: Michael Foods Touts Colorful Promo, New Products

Michael Foods will help to add more color to America’s schools this year with its ‘Colors for Kids’ offer that the company will be promoting at this summer’s School Nutrition Association’s Annual National Conference (ANC), beginning July 11 in Dallas. With qualifying food purchases, the company provides tools for students such as highlighters, colored pencils and crayons.

Schools can choose from the Colors for Kids offer or cash-back rebates on qualifying Papetti’s Table Ready products through the end of this calendar year.

Papetti’s Table Ready egg and French toast products help schools to create satisfying lunch menus that meet student expectations. Fun, wholesome, exciting and comfort foods are just some of the ways Papetti’s Table Ready egg and French toast products aim to exceed those expectations.

Two new Papetti’s products will be featured at the ANC show.

Papetti’s new Cinnamon Glazed French Toast Sticks come wrapped three sticks to a package for in-the-classroom serving, and meet CN labeling requirements. They’re trans-fat free and are baked, not-fried.

Pizza continues to be an all time favorite with kids and Papetti’s Table Ready Pizza Flavored Omelets will appeal to students’ pizza cravings, whether served at breakfast or lunch. Packed in either bulk or individually wrapped for in-the-classroom serving. They are also CN labeled.

Michael Foods will be at Booth 1445 at SNA’s Annual National Conference. For all those pin collectors out there, the Michael Foods folks will be giving away a shiny one in the shape of Texas (pictured, left).
