Our Cheesecake of the Month for April is Creme Fraiche Cheesecake with Peaches. A creamy cheesecake topped with freestone peaches–yum! You can use fresh or canned peaches (or nectarines), depending on what’s available and in season.
This is a melt-in-your-mouth, fabulous cheesecake, and looks lovely with sliced peaches fanned out over the top. This recipe version creates mini, single-serve cheesecakes. Everybody gets one all to themselves.
