This summer, the Fancy Food Show is traveling to Washington, D.C., due to ongoing construction at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, the show’s previous site. This show has been called “the largest marketplace for specialty foods and beverages in North America” and will feature more than 180,000 products.
More than 2,400 exhibitors from over 80 countries will showcase their specialty food and beverage wares during the three-day event from July 10 to 12 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Some of the specialty products to be showcased include artisanal cheeses, snacks, confections, natural and organic items, fine chocolates, meats, beverages and more.
Buyers for shops and restaurants will explore the newest products available, and experience some the up-and-coming trends of the specialty food and beverage category. They will also have the opportunity to interact with many experts of the industry.
In its 57th year, the Summer Fancy Food Show will also feature signature workshops and seminars led by experts in the specialty food and beverage industry, as well as market tours and tastings. The Annual sofi™ Awards will be presented at a red-carpet gala for the outstanding specialty foods and beverages of the year.
