Our Cheesecake of the Month for August offers a delightful Italian accent to traditional cheesecakes. For its foundation, we start with a biscotti crust–and we suggest you cut some corners here by using purchased biscotti you can find in the bakery department of your favorite supermarket–or in the cookie aisle.
