Rick Bayless is the owner and executive chef of the highly acclaimed Frontera Grill, Topolobampo and XOCO. He holds the title of Bravo’s Top Chef Master and also is well known for his highly rated public television series, ‘Mexico — One Plate at a Time.’ Bayless also has penned six cookbooks and is the recipient of several James Beard awards including Midwest Chef of the Year, National Chef of the Year and Humanitarian of the Year.
