July is National Grilling Month and with warm weather pretty much enveloping the entire nation, folks are going be firing up the coals in probably record numbers.

Americans really get into grilling–some cooking with gas and some maintaining allegiance to charcoal. Some have upgraded to the trendy Green Egg, while others stick with the classic Weber kettle.

More and more grilling fanatics are setting up an entire outdoor BBQ kitchen in their backyard. The stagnated economy has something to do with it. Folks are staying home rather than going on fancy vacations and are choosing to their upgrade their homes instead, adding elaborate grills and accessories, rotisseries, smokers, outdoor refrigerators, ice makers, sinks and faucets.

Whether your setup is high-end or hibachi mini, you’re still going to be looking for grilling recipe ideas, and that’s where we come in.
