Electronics at your table are all the rage these days–and we aren’t talking about your mobile phones. These are menus, wine lists, and interactive devices that allow you to choose using the latest in technology. And, they can help take complicated information and remove some of the fear and confusion.

We talked with Incentient Transaction Services about the SmartCellar system, which  offers a small touch screen unit as a replacement for the traditional heavy, leather bound wine list. You get photographs and more information, plus interaction on a new level.
